Key Responsibilities: Lead employees, professional development, and performance management
Oversee telecommunications and messaging infrastructure projects
Implement service improvement plans and resolve service issues
Standardize audio/video equipment and manage service delivery
Review suppliers, procurement, costs,



and corrective actions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience, or master’s degree and five years
Experience managing employees and team objectives
Knowledge of enterprise telecommunications technologies
Experience with wireless, videoconferencing, telephony, and unified communications
Fluency in French and English with vendor management skills
