Lead HYROX performance classes at GoodLife Fitness in Burnaby Northgate, delivering secure, inclusive instruction and motivating participant experiences part time.
The Performance Coach supports GoodLife’s Performance programming, including HYROX and other listed programs. This role delivers classes, prepares workouts, promotes programming, and supports retention strategies. Previous health and fitness industry experience, relevant certification, and current canfitpro certification or equivalent are required.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver HYROX and other Performance Program classes safely
Promote personal and other Performance programming
Review workout plans and scripting before classes
Set up equipment and maintain studio cleanliness
Complete administrative procedures, attendance logs, and required learning
Requirements: Relevant fitness certification
Previous experience in the health and fitness industry
Current canfitpro certification or equivalent
Ability to follow class operating procedures
Willingness to attend Coach Meetings when possible
Bring fitness certification, class delivery, and safe instruction skills to GoodLife Fitness HYROX programming in Burnaby Northgate.
