You will dispatch proper authorities, verify assistance, notify responsible parties, and document responses accurately. The position also includes alarm testing, software use, and ongoing training and development.

Dispatch proper authorities during subscriber emergencies

Notify responsible parties about emergency responses
Document alarm responses accurately on the computer
Requirements: Be at least 18 with high school diploma or GED
Work day or early morning shifts
Type at least 40 words per minute
Work one weekend day weekly or every other weekend
Pass training, drug test, and background check
