This Spa Reservations Agent role supports Spa Reservations and Spa Revenue Management within hospitality. You will manage reservations, communications, and voicemail while maintaining product knowledge. The position also involves reporting, guest assistance, and collaboration with Spa Sales, Reception, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Spa reservations and internal and external communications
Monitor voicemail and provide professional, friendly service
Produce, audit, and update daily Spa segment reports
Assist guests with treatment selection and retail sales
Support reception, attending, group sales, and record-keeping
Requirements: Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset
Opera PMS and CRS experience is an asset
Book4Time booking system experience is an asset
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
Use reservation management, reporting, and guest service skills to support Spa operations at Fairmont Banff Springs.
