What You’ll Do:

Set up and maintain the grill station for efficient lunch service.

Grill steaks and other proteins to order, ensuring proper doneness, consistency, and presentation.

Prepare and plate dishes to established recipes and quality standards.





Support other kitchen stations as needed to keep service running smoothly.

Maintain food safety standards, including safe handling of allergens and dietary requests.

Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous grill or line cook experience is an asset, especially with steaks and proteins.

Knowledge of cooking temperatures, timing, and food safety.

Ability to work independently on the grill and support other stations as needed.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and team-first mindset.

Ability to understand instructions in English and lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Availability for lunch shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
