This customer-facing banking representative position focuses on understanding customer needs and advising suitable solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct. Strong communication, organization, and time management support consistent service.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




Promote banking solutions while completing processes promptly
Recommend operational improvements supporting quality customer experiences
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Solid administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication
Use customer experience, transaction processing, and banking solution knowledge to support TD clients accurately and professionally.
