As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will oversee assigned warehouse areas and perform manager duties when assigned. You will manage performance goals, control expenses, and administer personnel policies. The position also supports safety, Asset Protection, Hazmat, and daily distribution center operations while resolving complex operational issues independently.
Key Responsibilities: Manage designated warehouse operational areas and functional teams
Train staff to attain department performance goals
Control warehouse expenses and manage assigned performance goals
Enforce personnel, Asset Protection, and Hazmat programs




Open and close the distribution center and handle customer problems
Requirements: Generally seven or more years in the responsibility area
Technical certification or associate degree may be required
Ability to troubleshoot difficult, high-impact operational problems
Experience training, delegating, and reviewing junior associates' work
Ability to travel overnight less than ten percent
Apply warehouse supervision, operational troubleshooting, and safety program knowledge while supporting White Cap's dependable distribution operations.
