AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care for residents, in collaboration with the nursing team and other health professionals. The role includes guiding Personal Support Workers and contributing to unit procedures in a long-term care setting.
The incumbent will liaise with physicians, monitor resident statuses, and participate in shift reports to ensure coordinated care.
