Support full-day learning with the Durham District School Board as a Supply Early Childhood Educator in Brock, Scugog, or Uxbridge. Plan age-appropriate programs.
Under the Principal’s guidance, you will work with classroom teachers to deliver full-day learning programs. You will supervise extended day activities when needed and help create environments supporting children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth. Communication and confidentiality are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver full-day learning programs with teachers
Supervise age-appropriate extended day activities as needed
Support children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth
Assist with washroom, dressing, toileting, and lunchtime routines




Follow school policies, procedures, directions, and deadlines
Requirements: Two-year community college Early Childhood Education Diploma
Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Childcare experience in an educational setting preferred
Basic computer, organization, and time management skills
Current vulnerable sector Criminal Background Check upon hire
Bring early learning, sensitive communication, and age-appropriate programming skills to supply classrooms across DDSB communities.
