As a Crew Team Member, you will support integrated vegetation management operations for Spectrum Resource Group, a Wright Canada Holdings business unit. Duties include handling vegetation debris, preparing equipment, protecting work areas, and clearing paths. The work also supports wildfire risk reduction in forested or dry areas. You must follow safety guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment, and work away from home for periods of time.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, remove, and properly manage cut vegetation and debris
Load trucks or feed brush into woodchippers




Set up tools and equipment for crew members
Install barriers and signs around work areas
Clear brush and paths for vehicles, workers, or machinery
Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding labor outdoors
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
Ability to work away from home periodically
