The County of Simcoe seeks a Resident Care Attendant for Community Programs. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living, and promote clients’ physical, social, and emotional well-being. The position requires documentation, emergency response, and collaboration within an inter-qualified care team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care according to policies and nursing principles
Assist clients with bathing, laundry, housekeeping, weights, and stockings
Observe, report, and document significant client condition changes
Respond to emergencies and activate required assistance




Support meal service, cleanup, and dining area resets
Requirements: Grade 12 OSSD or approved educational equivalency
Proof of annual CPR recertification
Current Vulnerable Sector Screening completed within six months
Documented TB testing results meeting Public Health requirements
