WeeCare seeks a part-time Registered Practical Nurse to provide pediatric care in Toronto. The work includes medication administration, documentation, personal care, and family support. You will help maintain a protected, nurturing, and supportive home environment while following CNO standards and individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities: Provide G/GJ tube care and management
Provide seizure care and management
Administer and document prescribed medications
Assist with hygiene and daily living activities
Report changes in the child's condition
Requirements: Licensed and in good standing with CNO
Experience working with pediatric clients
Current Basic Life Support certification
Vulnerable Sector Check completed within six months
