Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports team leadership, sales performance, and operational excellence. You will monitor KPIs, develop employees, manage inventory, and maintain visual standards. The role also supports omnichannel initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team training
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and daily operations
Optimize product displays and support omnichannel initiatives
Requirements: Two or more years managing teams in retail
Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
Robust organization, planning, and prioritization skills
Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
