Leaf Home seeks a Field Gutter Manager to oversee daily installation operations for a field office. The position combines onsite LeafFilter gutter protection installations, fabrication, delivery, customer communication, and team coordination. You will operate a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Travel assigned territories for gutter and protection installations
Coordinate employees and subcontractors on fabrication and installations
Follow established training processes for quality installation services




Communicate job progress and service issues with local leadership
Maintain customer and office job documentation
Requirements: Three or more years in construction, remodeling, or gutter installation
Valid driver’s license and safe box truck operation
Ability to teach through hands-on and documented learning
Comfort ascending and descending ladders of varying heights
Ability to complete DOT physical criteria and work outdoors
Bring gutter installation, fabrication, leadership, and customer service skills to Leaf Home’s Burlington field operations.
