About the Opportunity

Process invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and billing adjustments.

Reconcile customer accounts and payments, resolving discrepancies.

Respond to billing inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.

Support accurate financial reporting and billing process improvements.

About You

Experience in billing or accounts receivable; SaaS billing experience required.

Proficiency in NetSuite, Zuora SuiteBilling, and Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salesforce and FloQast experience are assets.

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Pay Range
$30 - $35 / hour

This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client.

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
