Support Housing Services data accuracy and reporting as a full time Housing Program Data and Information Worker in Bowmanville, Ontario.
This Housing department position supports accurate, complete information in HIFIS and approved systems. You will assist monitoring, reporting, evaluation, service planning, documentation, and decision-making. The role works collaboratively with the Housing Manager and Housing Services team to address information needs.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain complete client and program information in HIFIS
Monitor data quality and identify information requiring correction
Compile and analyze data for required reporting
Track KPIs, targets, service volumes, and housing outcomes




Support staff with documentation and information processes
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
Database, spreadsheet, data entry, and reporting experience
Experience preparing statistical reports and maintaining information
Microsoft Office 365 experience, especially Excel and Word
Confidential information handling and strong organizational skills
