Reporting to a manager, the Income Verifier supports EdenPark, a Fairstone Bank brand serving automobile dealers and consumers across Canada. You will verify applicant information, process income documents, and resolve missing items while meeting service standards and turnaround times. The position requires communication with dealerships and employers.
Key Responsibilities: Review applicant income and employment information
Process income and trailing documents received
Follow up with dealerships about pending or missing items




Contact employers to corroborate applicant information
Update customer interactions, accounts, and files
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, arithmetic, investigative, and listening skills
Exceptional attention to detail under urgency
Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency
Lending, automotive, or financial services experience preferred
