As a Growth Advisor, you will support Tangerine Wealth’s success by understanding client priorities, goals, financial positions, and risk appetites. You will provide tailored advice on Tangerine investment products, identify opportunities for savings and loans, and educate clients about digital self-serve tools. Your work will support growth while meeting productivity targets and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial needs assessments and discover client priorities
Provide tailored investment advice using Tangerine product expertise
Build relationships through prospecting, referrals, and planned calls
Refer opportunities for savings, loans, and other services
Educate clients about online and digital self-serve tools
Requirements: Three to five years advising financial planning or investment clients
Mutual Fund Dealing Representative license
Business or related post-secondary education
Working toward or completed CFP or PFP designation
Solid sales, communication, networking, and client service skills
Bring investment advice, relationship-building, and compliance expertise to help Tangerine Wealth clients pursue their financial goals.
