As a Key Holder, you will support the management team while representing PENN. Penningtons’ brand image. You will assist customers on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash desk. Your work combines styling advice, transactions, merchandising, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build lasting relationships
Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout
Use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales
Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing merchandising standards
Support opening and closing procedures during daily operations
Requirements: Two or more years’ retail, sales, or customer service experience
Solid customer service and welcoming communication skills
Fashion passion, style sense, and trend knowledge
Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, standing, lifting, and ladder use
Use styling expertise, customer service, and operational reliability to represent PENN. Penningtons as an inclusive fashion Key Holder.
