As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing financial needs and banking queries. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff, products, and solutions, including new accounts and investment advice. The role combines customer service, banking knowledge, confidential judgement, and accurate administration.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete documentation and business processes accurately
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years’ relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Robust communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, digital education, and sound judgement to TD Canada Trust customers in Yorkton.
