Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead oversees day to day department operations. This position supervises team members, trains standard operating procedures, and supports product-focused customer service. Related outdoor lifestyle experience and Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's product knowledge are assets.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead department team members with the manager
Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
Train team members on procedures and processes
Recommend products by evaluating customer needs
Maintain signage, presentation, restocking, and merchandise recovery
Requirements: Two or more years supervisory experience preferred
Sales or service environment experience preferred
Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Related field or outdoor lifestyle experience
Apply retail leadership, customer service judgment, and hunting and archery product knowledge to support department operations.
