Key Responsibilities: Create purchase orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Monitor sales, school orders, inventory, and supplier lead times
Communicate orders, deliveries, shortages, substitutions, and availability
Investigate invoice discrepancies using purchasing and receiving records
Identify purchasing, category,
and inventory improvement opportunities
Requirements: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach
Purchasing, buying, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred
Excel proficiency; Business Central experience is an asset
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities independently
