As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships through service transactions, banking solutions, and problem resolution. Requirements: High School diploma and one year of relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
