Diagnose battery and charger equipment as an EnerSys Field Service Representative serving customer sites from Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal. Travel overnight when required.
This permanent position supports stored energy solutions across industrial applications. You will install, inspect, repair, and maintain flooded and sealed batteries, chargers, and DC power distribution equipment. The work includes customer communication, technical assistance, training, and service documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, repair, and maintain customer equipment
Install batteries, chargers, racks, trays, and power cables
Inspect batteries and charging areas, recording maintenance data
Coordinate repairs with technical support, sales, and service teams




Provide customer training and in office technical assistance
Requirements: One to two years of industry-related experience
Technical education or equivalent industry experience
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Completion of forklift and EnerSys service training
Ability to lift 50 pounds and wear required PPE
Apply field service experience, battery diagnostics, equipment installation, and customer communication to support EnerSys industrial customers.
