TCHC is seeking a Site Lead for the Program Development & Evaluation team in Toronto to guide a youth program for ages 6-12. You will supervise staff, manage site operations, and ensure engaging, quality programming in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities include planning weekly activities, coordinating events, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining explicit communications with parents and the Program Coordinator. This temporary role runs until December 31, 2026.
