Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution seeks a Level 1 Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative for branch operations. You will process orders, provide product and technical information, recommend alternatives, and support sales activities. The position requires Microsoft Office, database applications, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails
Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications




Coordinate shipments and expedite deliveries when needed
Assist customers with warranties, returns, and product information
Requirements: One to three years of progressive sales experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred
General Microsoft Office and database application knowledge
Effective verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to handle high-volume customer traffic professionally
