Lead aviation operations and client relations with Alkan Air, supporting flight following, crew coordination, and frontline teams across Northern Canada.
The Assistant Client Relations Base Manager supports daily operational management and becomes Operational Lead when the Base Manager is unavailable. The position combines client communications, operational planning, scheduling, flight following, and team leadership. It reports to the Client Relations Base Manager and Chief Operating Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong client relationships and meet requirements professionally
Conduct flight following and operational control activities
Schedule aircraft, trips, crews, and shift coverage
Monitor aircraft utilization and crew fatigue limitations
Support training, performance management, and safety participation
Requirements: Flight following experience
Experience in a highly regulated industry
Solid organizational and decision-making skills
Confidence leading when senior management is unavailable
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Bring operational judgment, customer service, and aviation coordination skills to Alkan Air’s Assistant Client Relations Base Manager role.
