Lead Durham operations while driving collection routes, supervising drivers, and completing hands-on pickups for the National Diabetes Trust full-time.
This hybrid Operations Supervisor/Driver role reports to the Vancouver Island Operations Manager. You will coach drivers, coordinate schedules, manage records, and collect donated clothing and household items. The work combines leadership, driving, physical loading, and operational administration.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, motivate, and performance manage dedicated drivers
Complete household, drop box, and special pickups
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
Coordinate schedules, staffing, routes, trucks, and fleet maintenance
Maintain payroll, inventory, billing, database,



and statistical records
Requirements: University degree, college diploma, or relevant equivalent experience
Two-plus years in a multidisciplinary environment with scheduling
Valid Class G license and clean driver’s abstract
Ability to drive 16–20-foot, three-ton automatic cube trucks
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bring driver supervision, route coordination, protected truck operation, and accurate administration to National Diabetes Trust operations in Durham.
