This Insurance Account Manager develops leads, schedules appointments, and identifies customer needs. You will market appropriate products and services while delivering prompt, accurate, friendly service. The work includes insurance inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
Key Responsibilities: Develop leads and schedule customer appointments
Identify needs and market suitable insurance products
Answer inquiries about availability, eligibility, and coverages
Process policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions




Work with the agent toward marketing goals
Requirements: Preferred sales experience and successful sales goal history
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Proactive problem-solving and dedicated customer service
Property and Casualty license preferred or obtainable
Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
