Openlane is seeking a Commercial Accounts Program Manager to lead B2B client relationships in the automotive inspections space. You will oversee onboarding, business reviews, and SLA tracking, while coordinating with Product, IT, and Operations to translate client needs into concrete development items.
You will monitor KPI performance, drive operational improvements, and deliver qualified communications to clients and executives from a remote role based in Canada.
