Soft , knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients` information technology requirements, experience of PUM upgrade, PS Tools upgrade and Fluid , Classic+ Able to design, develop, test and implement business solutions and knowledge of new People

Soft development, analysis and design techniques used throughout the system development lifecycle especially on HR, Absence Management , Time Labour, Payroll,



and Benefit Administration Experience to evaluate information technology options in the People

Soft enterprise resource planning (ERP) application for clients in the development of recent functionality or system modifications , evaluative skills to provide clients with various recommendations and outline advantages and disadvantages of each.

Nice to Have- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices to lead change initiatives related to enterprise level HCM system changes and optimizations.

Knowledge of change management, including techniques, trends and resources management for an enterprise HCM system.
