Key Responsibilities: Own crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
Coordinate content priorities with writers and AI
Develop client roadmaps and ranking explanations
Report through GA4 and Search Console
Requirements: Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and implementing SEO fixes
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
Experience with Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience serving several clients simultaneously
