You will evaluate acquisition opportunities, support transactions, and work with senior M&A; professionals and business unit leaders. Experience in M&A;, corporate finance, accounting, or transaction services is required.
Key Responsibilities: Build financial models and assess transaction returns
Coordinate due diligence with functional teams
Prepare investment memoranda and committee presentations
Assist negotiations, deal structuring, and execution




Support post-close monitoring and integration hand-offs
Requirements: 0–2+ years’ relevant experience for Analyst candidates
2–5+ years’ relevant experience for Associate candidates
Experience with financial modeling and deal analysis
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Undergraduate degree and fluent English
