Mississauga engineering students can gain supply chain experience with Lindt & Sprüngli through a Winter and Summer 2027 co-op placement. Apply SolidWorks skills in a consumer packaged goods environment.
This co-op supports the Lindt & Sprüngli Canada engineering team. You will contribute to capital equipment projects, packaging equipment design, production studies, and process improvements. The placement runs January through August 2027 and offers exposure to engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities: Support procurement and commissioning of recent capital equipment
Design packaging components and tooling dies in SolidWorks
Fabricate components using vendors or an FDM 3D printer
Perform production line time studies for improvement projects
Revise maintenance documents and troubleshoot packaging equipment
Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
CAD software and drafting experience considered an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Build engineering experience through packaging design, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement at Lindt & Sprüngli in Mississauga.
