Bring employee relations and recruitment expertise to Wolseley Canada as an onsite Human Resources Generalist at its Brampton Market Distribution Centre.
This experienced Human Resources Generalist serves as the facility’s primary HR resource. The position partners with leaders and associates across employee relations, performance management, attendance management, investigations, and daily HR operations. It also supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR contact for Brampton leaders and associates
Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, attendance, and accommodations
Lead full-cycle recruitment and build talent pipelines
Conduct workplace investigations and support corrective actions
Coordinate onboarding, training, Workday transactions, and HR processes
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum three years of progressive HR experience
Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and workplace investigations
Knowledge of Ontario employment and health and safety legislation
CHRP designation considered an asset
Support Wolseley Canada’s Brampton operations through employee relations, recruitment, investigations, and practical HR partnership.
