Drive sales and client relationships as an AMI Keyholder at Yorkdale, supporting engaging experiences and solid store performance.
Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, this Keyholder helps keep the Yorkdale store running efficiently. The role combines sales leadership, customer relations, team coaching, visual merchandising, and operations management. You will support sales targets, introduce customers to AMI, and share product knowledge with the team.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and support individual store targets
Create engaging client experiences and long-term relationships
Coach selling techniques and share product knowledge
Lead morning meetings and daily team debriefs
Manage deliveries, transfers, damages, and cycle counts
Requirements: At least two years of retail management experience
Experience in stock management, operations, or retail
Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service
Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
