Interior Health seeks an experienced Care Aide for its Long-term Care team. Working under RN and LPN direction, you will support individual care plans, physical, emotional, and social needs, and maximum independence. This relief part-time prospect is 0.95 until the incumbent returns.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care and daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and related equipment
Perform temperature, pulse, and respiration procedures
Observe and report behavior or condition changes
Accompany clients during outings and social activities
Requirements: Experienced Care Aide background
Ability to work under RN and LPN direction
Availability for rotating day and evening shifts
Ability to perform delegated and clerical tasks
Commitment to patient-centered, resident-centered care
Support resident independence at Pleasant Valley Manor through compassionate care, mobility assistance, observation, and daily living support.
