As Night Audit Manager, you will report to the Front Office Manager and oversee operations across two Marriott brands. You will balance revenues, reconcile transactions, prepare reports, and support overnight colleagues. The position requires leadership, communication, problem-solving, and property management system proficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee overnight operations, safety, security, and brand standards
Complete nightly audits for revenues, taxes, payments, and accounts
Reconcile transactions, investigate variances, and prepare management reports
Serve as Manager on Duty during overnight hours




Coach team members and address performance concerns appropriately
Requirements: Minimum three years of front office or night audit experience
Supervisory or leadership responsibilities in hotel operations
Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office
Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills
Hospitality Management or Business diploma or degree considered an asset
Bring overnight leadership, financial reporting, and guest service expertise to Four Points & Element Toronto Airport operations.
