This Canada-based Business Development Consultant supports financial advisors across multiple jurisdictions. You will identify needs, recommend insurance solutions, and communicate product value. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, Salesforce activity tracking, and measurable appointment-setting goals.
Key Responsibilities: Contact financial advisors through at least 60 daily outbound calls
Build and expand relationships across the assigned mass-market territory
Use questions to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Present insurance products, services, and advice to advisors




Record sales activities and relationship information in Salesforce
Requirements: At least two years in insurance, sales, or related commercial work
Success with proactive selling, outbound prospecting, and cold calling
Strong spoken and written English and French communication skills
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent skilled experience
Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
