Drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for Sysco corporate and regional operations positions, using sourcing strategies and bilingual communication across Canada.
As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with leadership to fill vacancies and improve candidate and hiring leader experiences. You will build diverse talent slates, represent Sysco’s employer brand, and support diversity aligned with corporate values. The position reports to the Director of Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop full life-cycle recruitment strategies for corporate roles
Source candidates through social and skilled networking platforms
Screen resumes and conduct high-volume phone interviews
Present offers, negotiate terms, and address candidate objections




Maintain accurate HRIS data and hiring documentation
Requirements: Fluency in both English and French
Two or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
High-volume recruitment experience
Expertise with MS Office, HRIS, recruitment platforms, and social media
Knowledge of applicable federal, provincial, and local laws
Bring bilingual recruitment, candidate sourcing, offer negotiation, and HRIS expertise to Sysco’s full-cycle talent acquisition work.
