This HR Compliance Officer position supports a leading financial services provider. You will maintain compliant HR practices through policy development, internal audits, reporting, and training. The role works closely with legal, risk, and HR departments while advising business leaders on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor South African labour laws and financial-sector regulations
Develop and maintain compliant HR policies and procedures
Audit HR processes and documentation for compliance gaps
Manage Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting




Deliver compliance training for employees and management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
At least five years’ HR compliance or regulatory experience
Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, FAIS Act, and FICA
Experience developing policies and conducting compliance audits
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Use analytical, investigative, and communication skills to strengthen HR compliance across financial services in Kimberley, Northern Cape.
