Key Responsibilities: Drive Food Safety and Health & Safety culture
Meet daily and weekly production schedules
Facilitate safety talks and task observations
Manage payroll, scheduling, and shift reports
Lead special projects and improvement initiatives
Requirements: Secondary School Diploma
Two to three years of supervisory experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Robust analytical problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI comfort
