Lead clinical service delivery in Peterborough as a Care Supervisor, using nursing registration and supervisory experience within CBI Home Health.
As an RN or RPN, you will guide direct care providers and regulated staff while customizing care plans for individual patient needs. You will support service excellence through assessments, documentation, risk management, and staff coaching. The position requires home health or supervisory experience, skilled registration, and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to internal and external patient referrals within timelines
Complete comprehensive assessments and document client care information
Customize care plans and reassess patients during interim visits
Supervise, mentor, coach, and performance manage field staff




Investigate complaints and respond to incident reports promptly
Requirements: Current CNO registration as Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
Two years supervisory or home health service delivery experience
Ability to build rapport with clients and care staff
Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
