S3 Technologies

Quebec City

Who We Are
S3 Technologies is Montreal’s leading managed IT services provider and one of the largest independent MSPs in Canada. Our mission is to help small and mid-sized businesses across Québec run more productively and more securely.

We love technology, but we love results more. We don’t start with the tech. We start with what our clients are trying to achieve, and we care most about the difference we make for them.

We’ve been at this for 23 years, and we’ve grown by betting on innovation, continuous improvement and, most of all, our people. Today we’re a team of 100+ experts who value expertise, collaboration and loyalty. Hiring great people and keeping them is a big deal here.

About The Role
You’ll own recruitment from start to finish. You’ll work hand in hand with our hiring managers to bring the right people on board and make sure they feel welcome from day one. Beyond hiring, you’ll run onboarding, plan the events that bring our team together, and keep our HR operations running smoothly. You’ll also work closely with our HR Manager on improving our processes and rolling out our current HRIS.

If you’re a recruiter who wants to grow into a broader HR role, with exposure to HR tech and employee experience, this is your chance.
