Key Responsibilities: Oversee Financial Reporting Controls, RCSA, and compliance programs
Identify control gaps and recommend actionable remediation
Validate remediation effectiveness through testing and documentation
Conduct process walkthroughs and risk assessments
Coach professionals and strengthen financial controls
Requirements: Qualified accounting designation, such as CPA or CA/CPA
University degree in business or relevant field
10+ years in accounting, finance, or audit roles
Internal controls and financial controls experience
Capital markets and financial services knowledge
Apply financial controls leadership, capital markets knowledge, and clear communication to support TD Securities Finance in Toronto.
