Lead ATM performance analytics and safety intelligence for NAV CANADA in Ottawa, using forecasting and data-driven insight. This is a hybrid position.
As Manager, Air Traffic Management and Safety Performance Analytics, you will lead managers and analysts supporting organizational performance. Your work will connect operational performance, safety outcomes, sustainability, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with Operations, Safety and Quality, Technology, finance, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead NAV CANADA's ATM performance analytics strategy
Develop safety intelligence and customer value metrics
Advance aircraft emissions measurement and reduction reporting
Oversee simulations supporting airspace modernization initiatives




Represent NAV CANADA at industry forums
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Six or more years of progressively responsible relevant experience
Experience managing and developing high-performance teams
Experience with metrics, forecasting, dashboards, and analytical products
Knowledge of aviation, safety analytics, and quantitative techniques
Bring ATM analytics, forecasting, safety intelligence, and team leadership to NAV CANADA's Ottawa-based hybrid management role.
