The Quality Assurance Process Technician manages customer complaints, internal non-conformances, vendor notifications, and non-quality notifications. You will assign owners, track progress, verify root cause analysis and corrective actions, and maintain complete records. The work supports compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities: Review incoming notifications for accurate SAP entry
Assign owners and follow up through closure
Verify investigations, root causes, and corrective actions
Maintain complaint and notification records
Contribute to quality reports and KPI tracking
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years in quality, operations, or customer service
Manufacturing workplace experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP
Apply quality assurance, SAP, and communication skills to coordinate notifications and strengthen compliance at Emmerson Packaging.
