What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Underwriter Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for our commercial mid-market businesses on our Healthcare, Education & , Social Services & Senior Care team (HESS).

They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties.

They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly.

In this role, our Senior Underwriters will work closely with programs as well as stand-alone mid market risks.

While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development.

Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000 , which reflects the expected base pay for the position.

The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
