Our client is seeking a Merchant KYB Analyst to support enhanced due diligence activities and ongoing risk reviews for high-risk merchant relationships.

This role is critical in ensuring risk exposure is properly assessed, monitored, and managed throughout the merchant lifecycle.

Responsibilities: Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk merchants and operators during onboarding, validating risk factors and supporting risk classification decisions Perform ongoing monitoring of merchant relationships, identifying changes in ownership, business activity, or transaction patterns that may impact risk ratings Manage periodic risk-based reviews to ensure high-risk accounts remain current and compliant with internal requirements Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation of due diligence findings, assessments, and review outcomes Escalate merchants with increasing risk concerns and provide recommendations regarding continued relationships, enhanced controls, or offboarding actions Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams regarding high-risk merchant matters and risk-related inquiries Review complex ownership structures,



licensing information, and supporting documentation across multiple jurisdictions Support ongoing improvements to merchant risk management and compliance practices WHY THIS ROLE?
