Use SAP accounting expertise and advanced Excel skills as an Accountant with Echelon Insurance. This is a full time position supporting Canadian insurance operations.
This mid-career Accountant supports financial reporting, closing, reconciliations, and SAP implementation activities. You will contribute to entity statements, variance analysis, regulatory reporting, and audit preparation. The position also supports general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functionality.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual entity financial statements
Analyze entity result variances for completeness and accuracy
Support timely monthly financial closing processes
Prepare bank, account, fixed asset, and prepaid reconciliations




Assist SAP accounting module implementation and testing
Requirements: University degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business
Two or more years of similar experience preferred
Experience in SAP implementations required
Advanced Excel knowledge and SAP accounting familiarity preferred
CPA studies and P&C; insurance experience preferred
Apply financial reporting, reconciliation, SAP implementation, and Excel skills while supporting Echelon Insurance accounting operations.
